O Comitê de Saúde da ADUFSCar trabalha de forma articulada com os demais Comitês da entidade. Com temáticas amplas, o grupo se expandiu ao longo do ano, aprofundando as discussões e subsídios para futuras ações. A Profa. Taís Bleicher, do Departamento de Psicologia da UFSCar, por exemplo, tem acompanhado as reuniões e contribuído na elaboração da proposta. Para 2023, a meta é a execução de um mapeamento das condições de saúde mental da categoria docente que sirva de subsídio para a construção de uma política de atenção psicossocial na Universidade.
Outra iniciativa importante desse Comitê foi a criação de uma comissão específica para o acompanhamento dos Planos de Saúde Unimed/Uniodonto, com o objetivo de garantir, além de um melhor serviço, uma tabela de valores de mensalidades diferenciada para as associadas e os associados, por meio de negociações e análises contratuais que possam vir a contribuir, também, com o fortalecimento e ampliação dos serviços em saúde viabilizados pela entidade.
