Além da participação nas mobilizações, realização de assembleias e plenárias, a ADUFSCar e seu Comitê de Mobilização intensificaram as ações da Campanha Salarial Unificada com a instalação outdoors e de veiculação de inserções em rádio, visando esclarecer a população sobre a situação e denunciar os cortes do governo nos recursos das IFES e os ataques a servidores e serviços públicos do país.
Mesmo sabendo que servidoras/es públicos estão sem reajuste salarial há 5 anos, o governo Bolsonaro não abriu nenhuma mesa de negociação nem acenou em nenhum momento qualquer possibilidade de reposição de perdas salariais, que superam os 45%.
