No dia 22 de março, o FONASEFE (Fórum das Entidades Nacionais dos Servidores Públicos Federais) se reuniu com representantes da Secretaria de Gestão de Desempenho de Pessoal do Ministério do Planejamento para tratar da pauta emergencial dos servidores públicos federais, entregue em 18 de janeiro de 2022, reivindicando a correção salarial de 19,99%, bem como a imediata abertura de mesa de negociação.
Com justificativas superficiais sobre o não atendimento da pauta até o momento, os representantes do governo sinalizaram que uma resposta sobre a abertura ou não de negociação será dada em 1º de abril.
Na avaliação do FONASEFE e das entidades que participaram da reunião, a mobilização nacional e unificada do funcionalismo foi crucial para forçar o governo a receber as representações dos servidores, o que demonstra a necessidade de intensificar o movimento em todo o país.
Diante deste cenário, a ADUFSCar reafirma a necessidade de potencializar as ações de mobilização, principalmente as que integram o calendário de lutas do mês de março, aprovado por unanimidade na Assembleia Geral da categoria.
